Darkreading.com reported that a “database with no login required has been found to contain names, addresses, age, and more for over 80 million U.S. households.”  The April 29, 2019 report entitled “Unknown, Unprotected Database Exposes Info on 80 Million US Households” included one common factor that the data appears to be for people over 40 and these comments:

The database, which the researchers believe belong to a service of some sort, contains open information on full address, name, age, and date of birth.

Coded information on topics like gender and income is also included.

Pretty scary news, where does this go?
